REQUEST REMOVAL OF AN INTIMATE IMAGE
MOTORDEX · BY MOTORDEX GAME LLC
NOTICE AND REMOVAL UNDER THE US TAKE IT DOWN ACT · UPDATED 20 OCT 2026
If an intimate image of you has been shared in MotorDex
without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. This includes an image that
was edited or generated by AI to look like you. We remove qualifying images
within 48 hours of a valid request. This page says who can
ask and what to send.
WHO CAN ASK
- The person shown in the image.
- Someone authorised to act for that person: for example a parent or
guardian of a minor, or a legal representative.
WHAT TO SEND
Your email needs these four things. Plain words are fine; there is no form
to fill in.
- Your signature. Your typed full name counts as an
electronic signature. If you are acting for the person shown, say so and
give both names.
- Which image, and where it is. Enough for us to find it:
the handle of the player who posted it and where it appears (a catch in
the feed, a card, a profile photo). A screenshot of where it appears
helps. You do not need to send the image itself.
- A short statement of good faith that the image was
shared without your consent (or without the consent of the person you
are acting for).
- Your contact details, so we can reach you: at least an
email address.
WHAT WE DO
- We remove a qualifying image within 48 hours of
receiving a valid request, and we make reasonable efforts to find and
remove identical copies.
- We confirm the removal by email to the address you gave.
- If something is missing from your request, we tell you what, so you
can complete it.
- We do not publish your request.
- If the person shown is under 18, we also follow our
child-safety process.
THE IN-APP REPORT TOOL
This process is in addition to the in-app Report tool. On any catch in the
feed you can open its menu and tap REPORT THIS PHOTO; on the
World leaderboard and in your friends list you can REPORT a
name or BLOCK a player. For an intimate-image removal, email
is the surest route, because it lets you give us the details above and lets us
confirm back to you.
This page describes our notice-and-removal process. It is not
legal advice. Other options, such as reporting to the police, remain open to
you.
